1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Regalia website ("Site") or placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Account Registration
You may browse the Site without an account, but placing an order requires registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are used for fraudulent activity.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices displayed on the Site are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price shown at the time of checkout is the price you will pay.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. We will notify you by email if we are unable to fulfill your order — for example because an item becomes out of stock after checkout — and will issue a full refund promptly.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bkash, Nagad, and bank transfer. Payment details are provided at checkout. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation (or, for COD, upon dispatch).
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh via Steadfast Courier. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days within Dhaka and 3–7 business days outside Dhaka. These are estimates only; we cannot guarantee delivery times and are not liable for courier delays.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders — see the Site for current promotions.
Risk of loss and title to the goods passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and the Regalia brand name — is the property of Regalia or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regalia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
